This senior actor has his own make-up man who has been with him for decades. But for some movies a certain kind of hairstyle and beard are required and filmmakers hire specialists to do the job... One such veteran make-up and hair stylist was called for one of the films the actor was starring in. The film required the actor to sport his hair and beard in a particular style. But strangely, when the veteran make-up artist landed on the sets, he was warned off by the actor’s regular make-up man. He was told in no uncertain terms that he shouldn’t go anywhere near the actor or fiddle with his hair or beard! The veteran artist was flabbergasted. But soon enough he got to know that a foreign hair stylist was flown in to design his hairstyle and beard. He learnt the shocking truth later. The fact is, the actor is bald, and wears a toupee. Unlike Rajnikanth who flaunts his bald pate, this actor does not want his secret to be out. Not only in films, he covers his bald pate with wigs even off screen. He is afraid that a local hair stylist will expose his secret, so naturally, he feels it’s safer to have a foreigner working on his look who won’t tattle on him.
