Kapil Sharma is out-and-out promoting his upcoming film, Firangi. The film is his second outing in Bollywood after Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon.

Recently, we caught up with Kapil and the leading lady of Firangi, Ishita Dutta for an interview. But Kapil and Ishita ended up interviewing each other. They spoke at length about working with each other in Firangi, pranks played by Kapil on Ishita, their favourite songs, difficulties faced during the shoot and more.

Kapil was at his candid best and even pulled Ishita's leg which left her in splits.

Earlier there were reports that the makers of Kapil Sharma's movie Firangi are looking to push their release to December 1 so that they can get a free run.

Looks like, their wish is granted. Following these developments, the release date of Kapil's movie Firangi has been pushed for a December 1 release.

Earlier, a source told a leading daily, "The film has been sent to the CBFC (Central Board Of Film Certification), but it has not been certified yet. The certification might happen today. In that case, the film will stick to its original release date (November 24). But now that Padmavati has moved, the producers are also thinking about taking up the vacant December 1 slot.”

The source added, “Along with that, Firangi will have two weeks’ run before Fukrey 2 releases. That will boost the film’s collections as there’s no other film to compete with. The film will get a good breathing space.”
