EXCLUSIVE: Sunny Kaushal and Nushrat Bharucha in Shailesh R Singh's Hurdang
Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Kaushal have been roped in for the upcoming project of noted film producer Shailesh R Singh which has been named Hurdang. Read further to know more about the upcoming movie.
Noted producer Shailesh R Singh is currently gearing up for his upcoming project Hurdang. The movie will feature Vicky Kaushal's brother Sunny Kaushal and Nushrat Bharucha of Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 fame in the lead roles. Shailesh has previously produced some amazing movies which include Tanu Weds Manu, Aligarh, Madaari and many others. Some of his movies which are awaiting their release include Mental Hai Kya and Jabariya Jodi.
Talking about his new project Hurdang, the movie happens to be a love story which is set at the backdrop of Allahabad in the 90s. According to a particular source, Shailesh has been planning this project for quite some time. He is known to back great concepts and Hurdang is also a different kind of a love story. The movie will be directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhatt. Sunny Kaushal and Nushrat Bharucha will play love interests in this romantic saga. Shailesh had approached the two actors because he felt they were apt choices for the project. When he and the director narrated the script, both Nushrat and Sunny immediately jumped on board.
Another actor, Vijay Varma of Gully Boy fame will also play a pivotal role in the movie. Sunny Kaushal is currently busy shooting for his upcoming movie Bhangra Paa Le. Nushrat, on the other hand, will romance Rajkummar Rao in Turram Khan. She's also paired opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in another upcoming movie, Dream Girl.
