She has been a part of movies of directors namely Vikram Bhatt, Karan Johar, Kamal Haasan, Abbas-Mustan, Shankar, Kunal Kohli, Yash Chopra, Mani Ratnam, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Pradeep Sarkar to name a few.

Now that, her latest outing Hichki is a success, we met up the talented actor for a quick interaction. When we asked Rani about her wishlist of directors, she stated, "There are a lot of directors I would like to work with starting from say, Maneesh Sharma, Zoya Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Shoojit Sircar. They all are lovely filmmakers."

An interesting fact is that Rani's husband and filmmaker Aditya Chopra has never directed a movie for her. So, isn't he on Rani's wishlist? Replying on that, the actor said, "Even if he would have been on my wishlist, I don't think that can be a reality. Adi and I won't be able to work with each other as professionals in that sense. We also asked Rani if the industry's approach towards her have changed after being married to Aditya. To which she said, "I don't know. I have got the same kind of love and acceptance from everybody right from the beginning. So, I don't think I have seen any change of that sort."
