EXCLUSIVE: Not Hindi Medium 2, Irrfan Khan to kickstart Udham Singh biopic early next year
We got an EXCLUSIVE report that Irrfan Khan will be back with a bang in Bollywood and will kickstart with the shoot of Udham Singh biopic directed by Shoojit Sircar.
Irrfan Khan, who is currently undergoing treatment for his neuroendocrine tumour in London is gearing up for his return to the movies. Earlier, a report suggested that the talented actor will be back on the sets with the sequel of his 2017 hit film Hindi Medium. This report made everyone happy as it indicated that the actor's health is getting better. Moreover, Irrfan also has Vishal Bhardwaj's forthcoming directorial which also has Deepika Padukone in the lead role. Now, we got an EXCLUSIVE report that Irrfan has one more film in his kitty.
Yes, Irrfan after completing his treatment will be seen in Shootjit Sircar's directorial which is a biopic on Udham Singh. The actor will be shooting for this first next year and then move on to Hindi Medium sequel. Earlier talking about Irrfan, Shoojit had said to Mirror, "I’ve been speaking to both Irrfan and his wife (Sutapa Sikdar), he’s responding well to the treatment and trying to cope with the knowledge that he’s battling NeuroEndocrine tumour by treating the recuperation in Europe like a short and unexpected holiday. I’m planning to visit him next month."
He further said, "We hope to roll by the year-end but will wait till Irrfan is ready to shoot. He’s one of our finest actors and a dear friend."
