Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan are celebrating their 11th wedding anniversary today. The power couple tied the knot on April 20, 2007 in a grand ceremony, held in Mumbai.
Unlike last year, this time their wedding anniversary celebration is a low key affair. The lovebirds ringed in their special day with a private dinner at a plush restaurant in Mumbai. They were joined in with their little princess Aaradhya. A source in the know revealed about this cozy dinner to us.
“Abhishek and Aishwarya generally celebrate their anniversary abroad. But this time it wasn’t feasible for them. While Abhishek was shooting for Manmarziyan in Kashmir recently, Aishwarya was occupied with ad shoots. After that he had a close friend’s wedding to attend in Delhi. Junior Bachchan returned to Mumbai last night after his social commitments and tonight is taking off to Singapore for the All Stars FC match. Amidst all this, he did manage to take time out for his lovely wife. The two spent their evening together after which, Abhishek will straight head to the airport,” informs our source.

Abhishek also posted an adorable post on Instagram wishing his doting wife with a fab art of the couple. He captioned the picture as, “11 years.”
On the work front, while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is gearing up for her grand Cannes appearance which will happen next week and the last schedule of Fanney Khan, Abhishek recently wrapped up Manmarziyan shoot along with Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal. The movie, helmed by Anurag Kashyap, is all set to release on September 7, 2018.
