EXCLUSIVE: Imtiaz Ali on 25 years of Shah Rukh Khan: When you work with him you realise he is the most giving actor
Imtiaz Ali was all praises for Shah Rukh Khan on completing of 25 years in Bollywood.
Shah Rukh Khan is working with many directors for the first time. Last year, we saw him in Maneesh Sharma's FAN and Gauri Shinde's Dear Zindagi. And in 2017, we saw him work with Rahul Dholakia in Raees and his next film is Jab Harry Met Sejal with Imtiaz Ali.
Today, on the occasion of Shah Rukh Khan completing 25 years in Bollywood, we asked Imtiaz about what he admires the most of the superstar. Replying to it, the talented filmmaker stated, "Anyone who works with him always says very positive things about him. It's only when you work with him you realise why he is the most giving actor that you will ever work with. So absolutely, there's never an obstruction, only intelligence and knowledge instead of standing him in the way of connecting with his people. He actually helps them understand and exactly do what they offered him to do."
He concluded by saying, "So, in all, I feel very lucky to work with him. It's a very easy and gratifying experience to work with this gentleman."

Imtiaz's Jab Harry Met Sejal also stars Anushka Sharma as the female lead and is slated to release on August 4, 2017.
Earlier, when Shah Rukh was asked about Imtiaz, he revealed that he reminded him of legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra. He said, "I have worked with some really nice directors but I can say that Imtiaz is like a modern-day Yash Chopra. I don’t think apart from Adi (Aditya Chopra) and Karan (Johar), who have learnt hands-on from Yashji, anyone else gets the same vibe (as Chopra’s films)."
