EXCLUSIVE: Kangana Ranaut heads to Kashi Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings for Manikarnika
We EXCLUSIVELY got the pictures of Kangana Ranaut heading to Kashi Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings for Manikarnika.
Kangana Ranaut is indeed the queen of Bollywood as she is now all set to take up the challenge of stepping into the shoes of Rani Lakshmibai for her upcoming film, Manikarnika. Kangana is currently in Banaras (now Varanasi) to unveil a 20-feet poster of the film at the Dasashwemedh Ghat. Prior to the big launch, she has headed to Kashi Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings for her upcoming film.
We EXCLUSIVELY got the pictures and she looks beautiful and yet really elegant. She is seen wearing a white kurta with a blue and white striped scarf wrapped around her neck. She also had her shades on and the red lipstick accentuated her look.
Just a while back, we got our hands on the sketch of her look in the film and she indeed is looking regal. From wearing a scarf around her head to minimal jewelry, Kangana's sketch from the film is captivating in its true sense.
Kangana has also learnt horse-riding for her role in Manikarnika. In an earlier interview, she said, "We have workshops to rehearse lines before the shoot.I also want to do workshops to learn hand-to-hand combats, how to ride in a sari, with a baby tied to my back, fighting with two swords and holding the reins in my mouth. Nothing should look fake or forced which is why I haven't set a time limit for when the film rolls. I want the script to come alive as beautifully and fiercely on screen."
Lyricist Prasoon Joshi will be penning the lyrics and the dialogues for the movie. The trio Shankar Ehsaan and Loy will be giving music for the film.
Earlier, Ketan Mehta was to direct it, but now Telugu director Krish will be making the film.
