Katrina underplays her meeting with Salman
There were some rumours that Katrina Kaif's warming up to Salman Khan for the lead role in Sultan which obviously got quashed with the entry of Anushka Sharma as the lead heroine in the prestigious project which was announced on Friday evening.
And it was Pinkvilla that broke the story of Katrina bumping into her good friend Ali Abbas Zafar and ex-flame Salman Khan at Mumbai's Yash Raj Films' Studio on Thursday when she had gone there for dubbing for Fitoor.Our source had said, "When Katrina saw Salman, she sweetly went and greeted him and few minutes later, left the venue."
But, strangely enough, Katrina chose to underplay her meeting with Salman. When she was asked if she had gone to meet Salman on the sets of Sultan, she clarified saying, “Actually we were dubbing for Fitoor and there was some shooting going on. Ali Abbas Zafar, who had directed Mere Brother Ki Dulhan was around...there was some shooting going on. I haven’t gone on anybody’s sets to meet anyone.” Katrina never once mentioned the name Salman or the film he was shooting for which is Sultan, she stuck to ‘some shooting going on...’
