TV Stars at Star Parivaar Ka Tyohaar Location

Ok girls, I'm new in the StarPlus' soaps world and this year for the first time I watched the Star Parivaar Awards...but now what is this Star Parivaar Ka Tyohaar? And why Barun Sobti and Sanaya Irani are not here Grrr....!!!!
Btw for those who don't know them, these are Star Plus' different soaps actors. you may recognize in the green kurta Rakesh Bapat (now known as Raqesh Vashisth) who has done few bollywood movies like Tum Bin, Kuch Dil Ne Kahaa, Dil Vil Pyar Vyar and you will see him even in Heroine. Here he's with his co-star and real life wife Riddhi Dogra.
And the girl in the last four pics (with the guy in white kurta) is Krystal D'Souza who is Genelia's cousin, but I'm not sure of the news!
