The Story Of SRK's "The Palms Villa"
The story Began in 2004 when the goverment of Dubai gifted shahrukh khan a luxury private villa at the palms for his contribution in the movie industry, the villa has its own private beach and sea view, 6 bedrooms, private gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and suna
But, shahrukh refused the gift and decided to buy the villa with his own money and thats whats happened evantually, not only that, but the local goverment insisted on gifting shahrukh something so they gave him his own yacht and car for transportation in Dubai also, shahrukh will never have to pay any electricity or water bills and all his home supplience is free for life!
shahrukh visited the island at 2004 and really admired the project saying that he will finally be able to play with his children on the beach without being surrounded with securities, and last October he received the villa's keys from the governor of Dubai when his highness invited srk for 3 nights in Burj Alarab hotel. The actor will visit his villa when its finally complete at November 2008.
the last thing to mention is that shahrukh neighbours will be Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie and Bill Clinton will live in a near by neighbourhood (Tom Cruise is still on the waiting list!!!!!)
