Priyanka Chopra to do Aitraaz 2?
Director duo Abbas-Mustan are certainly flying high – what with their next release Naqaab coming up for release and the good buzz on the film, they seem to be quite high on the film’s chances at the box office. Incidentally, Naqaab was earlier supposed to be titled Humraaz 2 , however things didn’t fall into place since the title was already registered with Venus. However, Abbas Mustan are still high on sequels. “We have been discussing the chances of making sequels to films like Khiladi, Baazigar and Baadshah , and we’re quite keen to take up the challenge,” says director Mustan. Had they spoken to Shah Rukh about the idea? “Not as yet. We will only do that once we get a good script for the film,” says Mustan.
With Aitraaz being one of their biggest hits, we won’t be surprised if they plan on making a sequel to the Priyanka Chopra starrer too. Have they any plans of working with the lady, who is currently flying high with the success of Krrish . “Yes, it was great working with Priyanka Chopra. She performed superbly in Aitraaz . We are in talks with Priyanka already for a film, and if things work out, we might have an announcement to make soon.” Let’s wait and watch shall we?
