Male model accuses Bobby Darling of sexual abuse
Just days after singer Sonu Nigam accused a film journalist of sexual harassment, similar allegations have been levelled against Pankaj Sharma, better known as Bollywood's Bobby Darling, by a male model.
Bobby has been accused of sexually harassing a model named Surjit Jagdish Singh.
Singh has alleged that Bobby promised him modelling assignments in return of sexual favours, and on refusal threatened to boycott Singh in the television and Hindi film industry.
“Bobby Darling has told me that she would never let me come up in the industry. She also told me that she would not let me work anywhere and even if I get an opportunity she will make sure that I am out of the project soon,” Singh said.
A case has been registered against Bobby in Mumbai's Oshiwara police station under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
