Lara Dutta denies that she is going to marry any one as alleged in the media. She also denies that she has a plan to shift to Hollywood. She is happy with the present growth of her career in Bollywood and wants to concentrate there. "My career graph is moving upward here and I am satisfied with it." She doesn't agree with those who find her wrong for acting in 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom' as the latter hasn't succeeded at the box office. She says, " I liked the script and the banner. Everyone worked hard. However, every movie doesn't prove a hit." She is happy that her performance in 'Partner' is being appreciated. Her performances in 'Masti', 'No Entry' and 'Bhagam Bhag' have also earned her laurels.
That's why the critics have placed Lara in the category of comic performers like Sridevi and Juhi Chawla. She readily confesses that she is getting many more such roles . " I like my role in 'No Entry' most, though." When asked about her hobby, she regrets that she has none like singing or painting. "However, I like Thai cuisine and cross the limit while presented with it." Isn't it a wonder that she has maintained herself in spite of such an appetite for Thai food?
