OK, so I normally don't do posts on Kashmera, but I thought this disastrous outfit warranted a post. Seriously, what the hell? How is that appropriate attire for a charity event? And before someone says that if ** (insert name of A-list actress here) ** wore this outfit, no one would care, I think people would.
