Holy Moly, can some one explain what is going on with John's biceps. Are steroids to blame here?.
This is from him on the sets of Zee Singing Superstars.
John's biceps in his prime time were not this huge. But they have grown all of a sudden and not to mention his face looks puffed at most events recently which is one of the prime side effects of taking steroids.
The only thing i can tell John is not to take it too far. Most of bollywood leading men apparently take steroids.
