The Awesome twosome Salman-n-Govinda delivers the best comedy of 2007.
Finally, something that we have been waiting for long, a ‘complete entertainer’ and ‘Partner’ is filled with loads of comedy, songs and of course a story line as well. Salman plays the ‘Love Guru’, who charges a fee and helps people woo their love; Govinda is madly in love with Katrina so Sallu helps him in enticing Kat.
Salman is in love with Lara and despite being an expert he is unable to flatter her as date doctor’s tricks don’t work on Lara. Sajid-Wajid’s funky music adds life to the movie and you sure don’t want to get up for a pop corn during a song but, you would for sure want to get up and dance with Govinda-n-Salman.
David Dhawan is certainly the best comic director that India has ever had; he knows how to make humorous flick and he is simply a master at it. “Govinda ala re,” is what you would sing after watching him in ‘Partner’; the actor is back in his form; Chi Chi is a complete mover shaker as no one can dance like him and he is definitely ‘Hero No 1’ when it comes to comedy.
Salman Khan is a timeless cool dude; the actor looks amazing and has acted like never before. His chemistry with Govinda works tremendously and he matches up Chi Chi in every scene. They compliment each other just fine. Katrina Kaif looks pretty and she is very natural in the movie and that always works in her favor. Lara has never looked this gorgeous and she is good as well. Rajpal Yadav, Suresh Menon and Ali Haji are again three great performers, who impressed the audiences.
‘Partner’ is one movie that will refresh de-stress but, of course just like for every David Dhawan movies, this time as well leave your brains back home as comedy could sometimes have no logic but, it could sure find a way to connect especially with Sallu-n-Chi Chi.
Lastly, ‘Partner’ leaves you all pepped up and feel young. Go check out the ultimate comedy movie.
