Meanwhile Aishwarya Rai has stepped out of her demure avatar, which she had been sporting for the last one year, and more, at last.
Back home in Mumbai, everyone had been wondering why she kept herself all draped up, and even stopped wearing her trademark blue jeans and white shirt ever since she sported the bridal sari.
Well, now she has gone all out in Cannes. She arrived with husband Abhishek Bachchan, pa-in-law Amitabh Bachchan and ma-in-law Jaya Bachchan at the screening of director Woody Allen’s film Vicky Cristina Barcelona wearing a blushing pink gown with a cleavage show that would have our photographers dancing with delight.
