Are the bollywood awards all rigged?
I am pretty sure all awards in India for bollywood are rigged and never goes to the deserving candidates.
Apsara wards for 2010 - Shahrukh won the best actor award for Rab ne bana di jodi.
RNBDJ released in 2008 and got awards nominations in 2009. When this was the case, how did SRK manage to win a award for this movie in 2010. Phew ! frustrating to say the least.
Stardust awards for 2010 - best actress was won by Katrina kaif for NY and APKGK.
Is this a joke? Agree katrina acted well and has improved her performance film by film. But best actress?? Konkona sen sharma for Luck by chance was not even nominated. I think she should have won an award for her brilliant performance in LBC and wake up sid.
Star screen awards i felt were a little fair. Vidya balan did manage to win the best actress award for Paa. But then Screen awards are run by the indian express group who are good friends with the bachchans. Hmmn
Coming to filmfare awards which will be held in feb which are considered like the oscars in the west.I would not be surprised if Katrina wins the best actress award here.
What do you think? WHich awards are biased in india and which are not? Are the national awards biased as well??
