Drama Stage is back with another season, ft. Kwak Dong Yeon, Yeri & more; Here's everything you need to know
tvN's Drama Stage is back with a bang!
Not all series tend to continue the same story for all its episodes. These are referred to as one-act dramas. Every episode of these one-act dramas has a different title, features a different cast, a different production and a different story. One such program is tvN's Drama Stage. Since its start in 2017, the series is now running its fourth season. A new episode is broadcasted every Wednesday but this week, we have a change. According to the schedule, we are being treated with three episodes this week.
Monday - Deokgu is Back
"Deokgu is Back" is a real-life family drama about the destruction of a family when Deokgu comes back five years after his disappearance. The family wants to live pretending that he is dead because they want the insurance money. The episode has drawn attention with the unusual "breaking apart" theme rather than the regular "reconciliation" theme.
Tuesday - Park Seong Shil's Industrial Revolution
This is an indirect experience drama. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been on the rise and is threatening the livelihoods of many. Follow Park Seong Shil, a call center counselor, who is struggling to protect jobs from the newly introduced AI counselors.
Wednesday - Attention Hog
Episode 5, Attention Hog, also referred to as Attention Seeker, is a dark comedy. Yoo Ha Na lies about being born with a golden spoon that leads to her kidnapping. This episode is most likely going to be a very thought-provoking one.
While waiting for the upcoming episodes, do check out the first two episodes of season 4 - "Mint Condition" and "Hi Dorothy". Mint Condition stars Red Velvet's Yeri and Hi Dorothy stars It's Okay To Not Be Okay stars Kim Joo Heon, Park Jin Joo and Kang Gi Doong, Be Melodramatic's Han Ji Eun and actress Choi Ji Su.
