Who should be the female leads in Raees?

Now that Rahul Dholakia has confirmed that his next film 'Raees' stars Shahrukh Khan and Farhan Akhar, the hunt is on for the rest of the cast (including leading ladies).
The film which takes off in September 2014, has SRK playing a bootlegger and Farhan Akhtar as a cop chasing after him, and is said to have two prominent female leads.
Katrina Kaif is said to be one of the front-runners for the role across SRK, but there has been no confirmation yet in this regard.
Other names being thrown about currently include Sonam Kapoor and Ileana D'cruz. Incidentally another far-fetched rumour indicates that Hrithik Roshan may also appear in the film.
