Rachel Meghan Markle is happily engaged to her Royal fiance Prince Henry. The gorgeous couple dated for over a year before deciding to take the plunge. The beautiful pair’s royal wedding at the Windsor Castle is slated in Spring 2018. She was born on August 4, 1981 in Los Angeles, California.

Meghan’s mother Doria Raglan is an African American who is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor. Her dad, Thomas Markle, is an Emmy-award winning lighting director.

The pretty lady studied theatre and international relations at Northwestern University,  near Chicago.

While auditioning for acting gigs, she supported herself by working as a calligrapher for weddings.

She got small roles on television shows like, CSI: New York, General Hospital, 90210 and also worked as a ‘briefcase girl’ on the popular game show “Deal or No Deal”

Meghan finally got her big break in 2011 after landing a lead role as a savvy paralegal, Rachel Zane in Suits.

She was previously married to Trevor Engelson, a Hollywood producer, whom she met in 2004, got married to in 2011 and eventually divorced in 2013.

Meghan has aso spent years working in the philanthropic sector. She served as an advocate for United Nations Women.

She first met Prince Harry through a common friend Markus Anderson in 2016 and the gorgeous couple got happily engaged earlier this month.
