'Van Damme offered me a film' - Neil

Remember Hindustan Times reporting about Jean Claude Van Damme wanting to shoot a film in India soon ( a fantasy love story, so there will be romance, action and all the spice of a Bollywood film)
Well Neil Nitin Mukesh now claims that Van Damme has offered him a movie.
Says Neil, "He (Van Damme) met me in Macau and offered me a film. It was a big honour for me that he came up to me and spoke to me at length." Ask him about details of the film and Neil says, "It is in initial stages and nothing is finalised yet.
