Sushmita Sen and lalit modi in Florence

Guests at the recent Tanvi Jindal-Krishna Shete wedding in Florence have come back to report various sightings of Sushmita Sen consorting with IPL chairman (suspended) Lalit Modi.
Modi, never a man to allow a few controversies to interfere with his good times, was seen with Sushmita at an upscale boutique in Rome.
We cannot confirm whether the fashionista bought any piece of couture, but the two were subsequently seen laughing and strolling around a nearby piazza, celebrating la dolce vita.
The former Miss Universe who was earlier reportedly staying on the same hotel floor as Modi during IPL matches in Kolkata, had lately been linked with Wasim Akram. But it seems the real match lies elsewhere.
Modi, who began his career dabbling in films is also believed to be taking great interest in Sushmita's pet project, a bio-pic of Rani Laxmibai in which she plans to star herself.
