Kareena Kapoor : Anurag Kashyap has given me the best advice

Shortly after Hrithik Roshan bowed out of Karan Malhotra's project 'Shuddhi', his co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan has followed suit.

In an interview with NDTV, Kareena Kapoor says, 'Shuddhi wouldn't have been the same without Hrithik'. Though she waited a year for the project to take off, the main idea was to recreate her chemistry with Hrithik Roshan onscreen. She also says, 'There will be something better in store for us'.

This is not the first project that hasn't worked out for the now seemingly jinxed pair... and one wonders if we will ever get to see the Kareena- Hrithik magic onscreen again.

Talking about Anurag Kashyap's recent comment on her on Koffee With Karan, where he said Kareena should be asking what the movie is about and not who is in it, Kareena said, "I think that's the best piece of advice I've ever got. I think I should have gotten that advice from my close friends, but I'm glad Anurag has said that. Because that's the truth. My mother, sister, and Saif all will agree. I've always done a movie like, "Oh it's a friend's film, or challo who's in there, who's making it? ok fine, I wanna do it. It't time to sit back and finally say, what is the film, and if its not good, I'm not doing it."

Now that's an honest Bebo for you !
