Should we expect celebs to do charity?

Everytime there is a talk about celebs and their income, i see comments made on her/him that he/she doesnt do any charity. Or when a celeb has a lot of Louis Vuittons, i have seen comments made about how she could donate the monet to chairty instead.
My question is, is it fair for us to expect the celebs do charity and judge them based on that?.
How many of us do charity or donate to the underpreviliged? when we dont, why do we expect the celebs?
