Ex-lover to produce a movie on Priyanka's past?
Priyanka Chopra is riding high on success of her third single 'I can't make you love me'. With everything going so well in her career, her former beau planning to make a biopic on the 'Fashion' star might come as a set back to her.
Aseem Merchant, who was in a relationship with the actress when she was crowned Miss World in 2000, will be producing the project under his newly launched banner Limelight Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd.
Just to be specific, the movie will focus on the fallout Priyanka had with her manager, Prakash Jaju, in 2004.
Prakash claims that the actress owed him a large amount, and refused to clear the dues. It was then that he started to interfere with her personal life. Later, Priyanka's father, late Ashok Chopra, filed a case against him. Post the FIR, Prakash went into hiding but was later arrested.
As per reports, Aseem said that the film will depict everybody who interacted with Prakash while he was working with Priyanka.
It is said that Priyanka's ex-manager and ex-lover have been in touch with each other for over a decade.
This might not come as a happy news to Priyanka, who is currently busy with a biopic on Indian woman boxer, Mary Kom.
