So Here is my two paise on the whole fiasco. Yes it indeed is . Aishwarys Rai Bachchan’s pregnancy fiasco.
A. Why did Amitabh mention only Abhishek and Bhim as the Bachchans of their Generation. Did Shweta’s life as a Bachchan for 20 years not count????
B. Why didn’t he write in that he was going to be a grandfather again ??? If he had written that he was going to be a Dadaji , then it makes sense. But a highly educated man such as him self , should be able to make out the implication of just saying “I’m going to a grandfather”
C. He has already given his reasons for sharing the news with the world, so I’m not going to include that in this.
D. Now , A well educated , well traveled, wise woman of 37 who is married and would have been trying for a baby anyways does not she is pregnant of 4 months.
a. I find this very hard to believe, when clearly you are trying for a baby , and when u miss even one month of menstrual cycle who kind of get excited and check from then on.
b. Ok even if u don’t do it in the first month , what about the second ??? third????
c. The pregnancy did not happen by accident. Its not like they forgot to take precaution. Could she have not informed the director that she was indeed trying for a baby before signing on for a movie, knowing well that she might fall pregnant during the movie ??? Then if the director went ahead knowing what he was in for he could schedule his work accordingly and would not incur losses.
d. Should Madhur sue the Bachchans instead.
e. Should Aishwarya atleast offer to compensate him.
f. A pregnant actress being fired is not like a pregnant lady working in a normal company being fired. There is no way an actress be pregnant during the second half of a movie? Which means she cannot do her job whilst being pregnant ?
g. Was doing a movie that important for Aishwarya’s that she could not give up one year to plan a baby properly. She can hop back to work anytime after the delivery, so what was the urgent need to be in a movie this year.
E. The issue of whether they went to Bangkok is a 50:50.
