As soon as the love birds returned from their holiday in UK, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were declared engaged by the rumor mills.

The story goes, Ranbir and Katrina exchanged rings on 30th December, 2014 in London in the presence of few friends and family members. Ranbir's parents Rishi and Neetu also reportedly flew to London to attend the function.

And now, Kartina Kaif's engagement ring has appeared from nowhere. The latest round of rumors started after Katrina Kaif was seen flaunting a huge ring on her ring finger at the Umang show in Mumbai recently. One huge ring, which is certainly not the engagement ring, sent the rumor mills into over drive.

Why do we say, that's not her engagement ring?

Well firstly, if the couple were engaged Ranbir would be wearing a ring too. But he is not. See the pic.
Secondly, since the Ibiza fiasco, this couple has been extra-careful and discreet about their personal lives vis-a-vis the press. If they had gotten engaged Katrina wouldn't be this careless to flaunt her 'engagement ring' publically before make it official.

Lastly, do they really want us to believe, Katrina Kaif would choose this ring as her special one. Like really? Knowing the actress' classy and chic taste and that fashion mantra happens to be 'less is more', this ring can't be it. This blingy ring is an accessory, Katrina teamed up with the anarkali suit she wore at the event.

P.S. See rankat fans I told you they are not engaged, now please stop arguing with me that oh you are lying. The answer is right here. I'm not lying. Please accept it.
They are not engaged period, so you guys need to stop believing this engagement rumor.
Also Bebo was joking in regarding the sister in law rumor in the Koffee With Karan episode. If she was serious in what she said, she would have never said I was just joking. Also Ranbir clearly gave hints many time that he will never marry Katrina in the future. He knows better not the press ok.
