Is Katrina suffering from the "Once a bad actor, always a bad actor" thinking?

Ok! This is going to be one heated debate for sure.

I recently happened to watch "Mere brither Ki Dulhan". Though the movie was average, I was mighty impressed with Katrina Kaif's performance in the movie. She clearly made the very average movie watchable.

I must confess, I have been one of the very many who always complained about Katrina Kaif's lack of acting skills. But ZNMD and MBKD proved it wrong for me. I think Katrina has come a long way and she has definetely improved as an actor. Her hindi though still rusty, I think she is a decent actor now. She got a thumbs up from most critics for her perfomance in both these movies.

So my question is, do you think Katrina Kaif is suffering from the "once a bad actor, always a bad actor" thinking? People still tend to think she is a bad actor because of the many bimbette roles she portrayed earlier in her career.

Do you think she is a good actor now?
