Is Kareena Kapoor the new "Item Queen"?
There was a time in Bollywood when we rarely see any main stream actresses doing "Item Songs". There were other girls in the industry just for these songs be it Malika Arora, Yana Gupta etc. But than the lines started to blur main stream heroines were casted for these songs. And now we see almost every main stream actress doing item song whether she is a part of the movie or not. One actress who has done quite many Item Songs as compared to the others during last couple of years is Kareena Kapoor Khan. Starting with her song "Ya mera dil" with SRK to recent "Fevicol" with Salman Khan she has danced with almost every mainstream actor of the industry. That does n't count if she is a part of the movie or not but going with the number of item songs she has done seems like every director and producer wants to cast her in their movies. Her list of item songs include:
