'Kareena - Hrithik decided to keep their emotions aside'' - Karan Malhotra
Getting ex-lovers back onscreen seems to be in vogue these days - especially after Salman- Katrina in Ek Tha Tiger and Ranbir -Deepika in Yeh Jawani Hain Deewani. One of the more shocking reunions was Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan for Shuddhi- as the two keep away from each other onscreen for about ten years. Reliable rumours indicate this was due to a ban from Rakesh Roshan, but the two have finally agreed to work with each other in Shuddhi.
Karan Malhotra assures that the film will be starting together, and says that the buzz for Shuddhi picked up markedly since they announced that it was Kareena as the leading lady across Hrithik.
He further adds that ''Whether it's Kareena-Hrithik or Deepika-Ranbir, it is clear that they have decided to keep their emotions aside and concentrate to bring out the best on celluloid."
