Despite the unanimous appreciation that Kangana Ranaut has received for Queen, the actress maintains that she will not be attending the award ceremonies .

'' have made it clear I will not be part of the award ceremonies, I just do not believe in that nonsense. 15 awards, 5 hour long ceremonies. When do you expect us to make movies?"' she says.

Kangana adds that she admires and agrees with Aamir's stance on the matter, before admitting her dream is to star in a black and white period film across him, where he could be Guru Dutt, and she , Waheeda Rehman.

For someone who looks set to sweep the awards for 2014(for a combination of 'Queen' and 'Revolver Rani'), it's a rather shocking opinion to have on awards..
