Has Preity Zinta lost her mojo?
The first thing that comes to one's mind when you think of Preity Zinta would be the "charming dimpled girl next door". She captured a million hearts and cast a spell on another million with her dimples. But has this pretty actor lost her mojo?
Pursuing her passion to be a TV host she debuted earlier this year as the host of the show, "Guiness World Records - Ab India Todega" on the channel Colours. Though it was rated 3.3 and occupied the 7th position in the celebrity driven reality shows chart, this show unfortunately failed to create that expected hoopla and almost went unnoticed. But that did not deter PZ and she now hosts the chat show, "Up Close and Personal with PZ" on UTV Stars. Even there, she does not come across as somebody who is comfortable doing chat shows. The vibe that is visible could mainly because her guests are her friends from the industry. But otherwise, doesn't look like PZ is doing much to the show.
Though her debut production venture, "Ishq in Paris" is in the making, she had disappeared from the silver screen for close to 3 years. Yes, she did explain that she was focusing on her IPL cricket team and would take up work only after that. Anyway, PZ is also the lead actor in her production venture in which she plays a half French and half Indian woman.
Well we will just have to wait and see and if the spell she had cast on the millions has successfully remained in tact or if she will have to work her charm on the audience from the beginning. What do you think?
