Gang of Ghosts Movie Review
Here is the movie review for Gang of Ghosts:

The film does infuse a semblance of satirical spark in the spook saga. There are some portions where the spirits rise to an endearing level. If only the narration was able to make us believe that ghosts can be fun even when they are on the verge of losing their homes. Without the advantage of a credulous script these other-worldly characters don't stand a ghost of a chance.
Sorry, no ghost-bumps for this one.

The paranormal beings in this one are just ghastly. If there are ghosts lurking around for real, then I fear they might take offence to such shoddy cinematic representation. It is buffoonery at its worst and a comedy that pretends to carry a social message. Their guns are trained on the greedy real estate magnates that dominate Mumbai. In their process of building skyscrapers, they have forgotten about the dead, the ghosts claim. At one point, Kher even rolls out a plea about graveyards getting smaller and the dead suffocating in their own coffins. If that didn’t kill you, then you may just survive Gang Of Ghosts.

Gang of Ghosts has none. What’s worse is that it is not even frothy enough to be “the great Indian entertaining potboiler” that it wants to be.
It deserves a quick, unceremonious burial. Moral of the story: Never rake up ghosts of the past.

There are a few scenes that might tickle your funny bone in the first half as we are introduced to the quirky traits of these ghosts. Anupam Kher is the only actor who manages to stand out in an otherwise crowded affair. The special effects are below average, and the songs a total distraction from the main plot. Instead of giving us an insight into the times we live in, we are battered with cheesy, double meaning dialogues and garish loud scenes that are supposed to be funny! A feeble attempt at remaking an interesting story, these ghosts will haunt you and I don't mean it in a good way!

Gang of Ghosts is a must-avoid film. It is garish, silly and often lame. It would be preferable if people do not tarnish the name of Bhooter Bhobishyot by calling this outlandish a remake of it. It is a mere copy, scene-by-scene, dialogue by dialogue but misses the spirit of the film overall. Quite a poor show.

Instead of relying on a genuinely playful setup (social media 'Spookbook', cinematic whisky SAD 69, 'Ghoster' beers), Mr. Kaushik goes wild with unending medleys of customised old songs, a rather complicated narration by the writer (Sharman Joshi still in Ferrari Ki Sawaari mode), and Anupam Kher's bucktoothed buffoonery. Mahie Gill clearly has a ball while nailing a melancholic female version of the immortal KL Saigal, stealing almost every scene she's in until Jackie Shroff waltzes in as a late don. Somewhere between these spirits though, the real spirit of the message seems to have been lost in translation.
I wouldn't go as far as declaring this imitation to be the best form of flattery, but Gang Of Ghosts does arouse enough curiosity to make you want to watch the real deal.
