Forensic Reports Show Jiah Khan was murdered
An Exclusive Forensic Report , found by DailyBhaskar indicates that Jiah Khan may have been murdered before being hung, and concludes that it was unlikely due to suicide.
Read the exclusive report. It says:
"After analysing the photographs and the other relevant material and from the analysis of medical experts, enough evidence has been now gathered which clearly indicates a case of murder. Forensic experts now deducted that a belt has been used to strangle her and she died much before she was actually hung from the fan. The intention of hanging her from the fan after she was already murdered was obviiously to make it look like suicide."
"The prominence of unexplained ligature marks on the next, very visible injury marks on the body of Jiah coupled with many other pieces of evidence both material and circumstantial very clearly indicate an enormous amount of fool play."
"We strongly feel that the Police have not been competent or have been compromised in their approach and have done a shoddy investigation in the matter for reasons best known to them."
"We wish to inform all concerned that in view of the above evidence we have already moved a criminal petition in the high court to get the matter investigated by the CBI. "
