"Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way..." is the jingle set in all our minds for December as we are just a day away from Christmas, i.e. December 25, 2018. The joyous festival marks the birth of Jesus and is celebrated with a lot of love. The holiday cheer begins at the start of December itself as families come together to decorate their houses with the Christmas tree and even prepare sweets and delicacies to mark the festival.

If you are an introvert like me, then you would love to snuggle in bed surrounded by pillows and blankets and laptop to binge-watch movies. Well, on Christmas Day, the genre would usually incline for holiday-themed movies. Well, what if I curate a list of Christmas-filled films that you can binge-watch at one go on December 25. I've got the perfect movie list for you to commemorate the holiday season cheer. Whether it be Home Alone or even Love Actually, here are 5 Christmas films you can binge-watch on December 25:

Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

Watching this 1947 comedy-drama is a must, as it is now considered a Christmas tradition. Starring Maureen O'Hara, John Payne, Natalie Wood and Edmund Gwenn, the movie talks about the effect of a department store Santa Claus who claims to be the real Santa.

It's a Wonderful Life (1946)

A Christmas classic starring James Stewart as George Bailey. George is a man whose pursuit to help others lead to his giving up on his own dreams. This fantasy comedy-drama is considered one of the greatest films of all time.

Home Alone (1990)

Home Alone made a household name out of Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister, our favourite on-screen troublemaking child of all time. We've always wanted to be 'Home Alone' when we were kids and through this Christmas classic, we get to see how it can have severe after-effects.

Love Actually (2003)

Imagine Hugh Grant playing the Prime Minister of UK? That's all I need to watch this intermingling of love stories set against the backdrop of the Christmas holiday. You'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll surely fall in love with this movie.

The Holiday (2006)

Jude Law, Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet and Jack Black. If that hasn't enticed you enough, this romantic Christmas movie is a feel-good film which will keep you smiling even after the film is released.
