Akshay, the modern day Kishore Kumar?

Hey guys,
I was watching the news and Sajid Khan, The director of the upcoming movie 'HouseFull' said Akshay Kumar is the modern day Kishore Kumar when it comes to comedy and I got mad at first when he said that cuz to me Kishore was such a multi-talented person and I am such a fan of his music !! Anyways , I got mad cuz Kishore is a legend and Akshay as of late has disappointed me in doing the same kind of bakwaas as that is what is "safe" for him BUT then after a while, I started thinking and when it comes to COMEDY ALONE -- I do see what Sajid was trying to imply and he was also pobably saying it to produce hype over his new movie but in terms of the top actors Akshay is probably one of the sole actors that is so comedy centric with his movies and so according to you guys WOULD HE BE CALLED TODAY's KISHORE KUMAR?

Need everyones views on this cuz for me they are poles apart and we wont remember Akshay like we remember Kishore kumar -- THats my opinion.

Akshay has been a part of alot of hit comedies like - Awara Pagal Deewana, Hera Pheri, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Garam Masala, Hey Baby , Welcome, Singh is King etc;
and Kishore Kumars comic timings were appreciated in Padosan, Chalti ka Naam Gari, New Delhi , Aasha, Half ticket etc . I know for the latter his music was appreciated much more but he was also looked at for having a marveous comic timing and presence -- DO you think Akshay Kumar is in the same league or not?!
