8 everlasting moments of Priyanka Chopra and her dad on his birth anniversary

Today, that is June 23, August 2018, marks the 68th birth anniversary of Priyanka's dad. Like every year, PeeCee paid tribute to her father on social media. Priyanka shared a lovely video of her dad and captioned it, "Dad. U r so missed. Happy birthday. Always and forever."  For the unversed, Ashok Chopra who was a doctor by profession and had retired from the Indian Army in 1997. He left for the heavenly abode on June 10, 2013, after battling cancer.

Mr. Chopra was first diagnosed with cancer in 2005. PeeCee was very close to her father and often paid him tribute in interviews. She on several occasions had even mentioned that she had never been able to come to terms with her dad’s demise. Priyanka who has always been daddy dearest even has a tattoo which reads "Daddy's li'l girl". On the eve of Dr Ashok Chopra’s birth anniversary, here some of the adorable pics of PeeCee with her dad. A few days back, PeeCee got engaged to her beau Nick Jonas. The duo may get married in the month of October this year in Los Angeles. On the work front, she will be soon be seen in Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink.
