Is Anurag Kashyap the secret, underrated Casanova of Bollywood?

Anurag Kashyap is known for his hard hitting and unique films such as That Girl in Yellow Boots, Gangs of Wasseypur, Bombay Velvet, and Raman Raghav 2.0 among others. However, it is the talented director's personal life that has come to the limelight recently.

Kashyap's intimate pictures with current girlfriend Shubhra Shetty is going viral on the net. That's right, Anurag himself has posted several pictures of himself and Shetty on his Instagram handle and it seems like the love birds couldn't care less about all the attention coming their way. 

A lot is being said about the age difference between the lovers. While Kashyap, a two time divorcee is in his 44th year, his new gal pal is just 23. 

However, this is not the first time Kashyap has fallen head over heels in love. Anurag has been married twice in the past. His first marriage was to film editor Aarti Bajaj with whom he has a daughter Aaliyah.  They divorced in 2009. Kashyap later fell in love with the lovely Kalki Koechlin. After a whirlwind romance, the two tied the knot in 2011 but later got divorced in 2015. 

Anurag apparently has found love again in Shubhra Shetty. Will it be the third-time-lucky case for Anurag? Only time will tell!

Anurag and Aarti had a long live-in relationship. It was during this time that they were blessed with a daughter, Aaliyah, who was born in 2001. Two years after her birth, the happy couple decided to tie the knot. However, things went downhill for the couple after being wedded for four years. They got divorced in 2007.

Anurag and Kalki met on the sets of Dev D in 2008.  Love blossomed between the two and they started dating. They decided to move in together and were in a live-in relationship for two years - from 2009 to 2011 until they tied the knot April 20 in Ooty. However, this marriage too, did not work out and the two divorced in 2015.

Soon after separating from Kalki, Anurag was rumoured to be dating his assistant Sabrina Khan. At the time, when he was asked about his love life he had confessed, "Yes, I am dating someone. I’m in a really happy phase right now.” When asked if it was Sabrina he had said, “I have never camouflaged my personal life. If I'm dating someone, I won't hide it.”

However, this relationship did not take off well for Anurag and Sabrina and news of a split made the rounds soon.

The latest leading lady in Kashyap's life is Shubhra Shetty. A lot has been said about Shubhra being only a few years older to Kashyap's daughter. However, the love birds have thrown caution to the wind and are living it up. Like they say, all is fair in love and war..
