From the rise of Sivagami to Mahendra Baahubali as the king; 5 reasons why SS Rajamouli should make Baahubali 3

Baahubali is not only a delightful cinematic experience but a one-of-a-kind phenomenon which is continuing to leave its imprints all over the world. The craze is such that Baahubali: The Conclusion has raked in INR 1000 crore worldwide. With his imagination and an eye for creativity, director SS Rajamouli has painted this saga of Baahubali on the 70 mm canvas. A tsunami of box office numbers was expected, but on this large scale has made the foreign channels talking about Indian cinema. 

After Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion, there were expectations for Baahubali 3. Well, there is no clarity on will SS Rajamouli make part 3 or not? Be it Baahubali 3 comes or not, the world of Baaahubali will continue through web-series, comic books and TV series as there's no limit to creativity. 

"There won't be a Baahubali part 3. When you are talking about the continuation of Baahubali, actually there are several back-stories that are associated with it which will later take precedence. These may appear in the form of animation series, comic books, virtual reality shows etc, and hence the world of Baahubali will continue," Rajamouli told at the trailer launch. 

But what if Baahubali 3 comes, then what aspects can the team cover. After seeing the film, we zeroed down to five points mentioned below which were left unanswered and can be told as a new story in the third segment.

Sivagami's Character

Ramya Krishna gave life to the fictional character that SS Rajamouli had imagined - Sivagami or call her Rajmata. She nailed the character with her powerful display of emotions and perfection. Inspired by S. S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali franchise, Anand Neelakantan penned down a book based on her character and titled it - The Rise Of Sivagami. If Baahubali 3 happens, it could explore many shades of Sivagami - one being how she became the Rajmata of such a big kingdom just because her husband was handicapped or it was more to it. Talking about the book, Rajamouli said, “Revolving around Sivagami and how she became a powerful Rajmata, the book gives glimpses to many shades of her character. Reading it will amplify the experience.” So why not include her journey in Baahubali 3?

Tamannaah Bhatia played the role of Avanthika in Baahubali. We saw her rebellious nature in Baahubali, but why was there a sort of desperation to prove that she is strong and not weak emotionally. In Baahubali 2, we didn't see her expect when she is walking next to Devasena at the end. What's Avanthika's story?

Was Bhallala Deva married or not? 

One thing that kept me scratching my head all the while  I was seeing the film that if Bhallala had a son then where was his wife. We only got to see how obsessed he was with Devasena, but we don't know about his family at all. If Baahubali 3 happens, it might also cover a little story about Bhallala's personal life. 

How did Mahendra Baahubali survive?

Well, those who have seen both the parts might can relate to it. In the first part, we see Sivagami running to save Mahendra Baahubali's life and saved him from all the troubles and landed up sacrificing her life. Cut to second part, we saw Sivagami protecting him but falls in the river and making Bhallala think that he died. But what happened in between? How did they get to know that Sivagami was still alive as the first part has Bhallala's army men chasing her. What do you think?

How will Mahendra Baahubali be as the king?

Baahubali 2 ends on concluding note that Mahendra Baahubali has acquired the throne. But what is intriguing that he has no formal training like his father had. He has been raised in a village and going by both the characters' traits, Baahubali was more quick and warrior sorts than son Mahendra Baahubali. How will he now take care of the whole kingdom will be interesting to watch on the big screen. One thing which also has to be explored is that will Bijjaladeva who is still alive will seek revenge for his son Bhallala's death or not?
