Beyoncé and Jay Z are one of the most powerful couples whose influence on pop culture is phenomenal. 

For the uninitiated, Beyoncé and Jay Z met and started dating way back in 2002 when they collaborated for their song Bonnie & Clyde. In 2003, the couple made their relationship public and went on to make the iconic track Crazy in Love. 

In 2007, their engagement news made headlines and in 2008, the happy couple got married in a beautiful ceremony. 

Shift to 2011 and Beyoncé announced her pregnancy in the most badass way at MTV Video Music Awards in 2011. After the end of her performance, Bey proudly flaunted her baby bump and Jay Z's smile was the cherry on top of the cake.  

On January 7, 2012 - the couple welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter. In 2014, the duo toured together for the first time and tore the house down much to the delight of their fans. 

On February 3, 2017 - Beyoncé took to Instagram to announce that she was pregnant with twins and the couple is now going to be welcoming their kids anytime soon. 

On April 4, 2017, Beyoncé and Jay Z completed nine years of wedded bliss.
