Bigg Boss 10 fever: Catching on what the past winners are up to!

After several rounds of speculations and rumours, we finally got to know the confirmed list of Bigg Boss 10 contestants. From an extremely voluble Baba Ji to hot celeb contestants the house is currently flooding with masala. And though it is a bit too early, we are already contemplating the probable finalists this year.

Bigg Boss as we know with an unexpected list of champions is always refreshing. However, does it not intrigue you to know what really happens to these winners post their successful journey in the house?

While some make it big, some just fade away with time. Having said that let us have a look back at the winners of past seasons and what they are up to now:

1.Rahul Roy:

Rahul emerged as the winner of the inaugural season of Bigg Boss in 2007 and well surprised us all. However, nothing much changed for the Aashiqui fame and was also believed to be doing some C grade adult films. Though professionally nothing much is known about the actor, his love life seems to have taken a new turn. In February this year the 48-year-old actor confessed to be dating supermodel Sadhna Singh and admitted that it was love at first sight.

2.Ashutosh Kaushik:

Winner of Roadies in 2007, Ashutosh Kaushik with his desi style and demeanour gave quite a tough fight to his co-contestants and stood out as the winner in the second season. While Ashutosh has kept away from the limelight, the reality show star will soon be seen in G.K. Yogesh and Lom Harsh’s Yeh Hai India. He will play the role of a common man in the patriotic film. Ashutosh also featured for a small role in Zila Ghaziabad, which had Sanjay Dutt in the lead.

3.Vindu Dara Singh:

Vindu has made quite a few appearances after winning Bigg Boss season 3 in 2009. He has done few cameos in movies like Himmatwala and Son of Sardar but couldn’t cement his place in the showbiz. Vindu was last seen in Power couple along with wife Dina as a wild card entry.

4.Shweta Tiwari:

The beautiful lady with a huge fan following and girl-next-door image became the first female contestant to win the show in 2010. The actress continues to remain a public figure and was last seen as a lead on & TV’s Begusarai.  She has also featured on Comedy Nights with Kapil quite a number of times. In her personal life, the 36-year-old actress is all set to embrace motherhood for the second time with husband Abhinav Kohli.

5.Juhi Parmar:

Juhi who became a household name as Kumkum picked up the Bigg Boss trophy in 2011 in the fifth season. The 35-year-old actress took a break from acting when she became a mother and is now all set to make a comeback after a sabbatical of six years. Juhi has lost 17 kilos for her role in the mythical show Shani and is now flaunting an ultra-fit avatar.

6.Urvashi Dholakia:

Her unfiltered talks and bindass attitude helped her clinch the Bigg Boss title in 2013.  Urvashi who has acted in several B-grade films in the past made it big with her role as a vamp in a famous daily soap in 2001. Urvashi was last seen in Badi Door Se Aaye Hai. In her personal life, the actress is known to have quite a happening life and is often snapped partying with her twin sons- Sagar and Kshitij.

6.Gauhar Khan:

Gauhar is undeniably basking in the glory of success after winning over the hearts in the seventh season of Bigg Boss in 2014. Be it her short-lived romance with co-participant Kushal Tandon or her killer moves, Gauhar manages to hit headlines with almost everything that happens in her life. The 33-year-old actress is a popular face in social circles and continues to star in Bollywood’s first musical Zangoora for almost seven years now. Though much hasn’t been revealed about her role, Gauhar will soon be seen in Badrinath Ki Dulhania alongside Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.

8.Gautam Gulati:

Love him or hate him Gautam emerged as Bigg Boss 8 champion in 2015 after beating a much stronger contestant Karishma Tanna. While Gautam was a supporting actor in a telly series before he made it big in the reality show, the actor is enjoying every bit of the success that followed. Post the Bigg Boss triumph, Gautam has also featured in a couple of non-fiction shows. After his seven years of journey on the small screen, Gautam made his big screen debut with Azhar starring Emraan Hashmi last year.

9.Prince Narula:

After Ashutosh, Prince was the second reality star who came out victorious in the last season of Bigg Boss. Having romanced Nora Fatehi during the show, Prince is reportedly dating another Bigg Boss participant from the same season- Yuvika  Chaudhary. The duo is often clicked together and keeps visiting each other’s parent. Professionally, Prince is currently playing a lead in a daily soap titled Badho Bahu on & TV.
