Oops! These Ranbir-Aishwarya-Anushka's ADHM posters bear striking resemblance to Veer-Zaara & YJHD posters
Often we hear that Bollywood films posters are a copy of some Hollywood flick's poster or a major rip-off. Yesterday, when director Karan Johar's much-awaited film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil's first three posters were revealed, the social media went into a tizzy, with fans going gaga over the same. The crackling chemistry between Ranbir Kapoor and his two leading ladies, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma became the talk-of-the-town.
But what we couldn't ignore was 2 ADHM posters' bearing striking resemblance to two blockbuster films posters - Yash Chopra's Veer-Zaara and Ayan Mukerji's Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani!

In the first poster, we have Ranbir-Aishwarya locked in a passionate moment, with their eyes shut and Anushka standing in the middle, looking ahead with a piercing gaze. Switch to SRK-Preity Zinta-Rani Mukerji starrer Veer Zara poster. The only difference is, SRK-Preity's expression are a little softer and reflects longing and pain. But Rani's stance is the same - standing poised with a steady glare. Though Karan Johar has often said that he considers Yash Ji as one the finest filmmaker in the industry and he looks up to his brand of cinema, this one looks like heavily inspired or let's say, a dedication to Yash Ji's film!?

For the second poster, KJo has taken major inspiration from his home-ground aka his own film (which he produced), i.e. Ranbir-Deepika starrer Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. ADHM's second poster has an uncanny similarity with YJHD's poster. The only difference is that in ADHM's poster Ranbir is shown in a singing pose as he holds a microphone in his hand with a jubilant Anushka by his side, all set to party and it has a helluva likeness to Deepika's elated pose!
Ahemmm....
We wonder, do ADHM posters intentionally resemble Veer-Zara and YJHD's, or it's just a mere coincidence or some inspiration is derived from these superhit film posters...
