4 Years Of DeepVeer: Tracing the quintessential love story of Ranveer & Deepika!

Deepika Padukone's growing camaraderie with Ranveer Singh became the talk of the town back in August 2012. Little did they know that this connection will grow stronger by the day. It was August 12, 2012 when Deepika and Ranveer were first spotted together and we cannot forget their 4 a.m date which made the headlines and fans couldn't stop gushing about their chemistry. They might have never admitted it publicly, but they have been dropping hints and this is enough for us. 

It was in 2013, when Deepika and Ranveer starred in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and it was quite evident that they had fallen for each other. While Ranveer is loud and jovial, Deepika is more calm and a private person. But this hasn't stop them from standing by each other's side all the time.

Remember how the Befikre actor was hated for his oh-so-cool-and-happy-go-lucky attitude, Deepika had said,"For people who don’t know him, he might come across as attention-seeking.  And I completely understand that because I have to admit I had the same impression of him when he was doing Band Bajaa Baarat. I’d feel like he is too much, too loud and too this and too that. Until we started doing Ram-Leela together and before that during all our workshops is when I realised that what you see is what you get." 

Also it isn't like any other usual love story!  Falling in love with someone you did not like! Time and again, they have confessed how important they are for each other. From Ram-Leela to Bajirao Mastani, their journey, both onscreen and offscreen, will always give us major relationship goals.

When Deepika took a few days break from her shoot to be in Sri Lanka for her best friend's wedding, Ranveer Singh joined her. And made sure that his presence in the wedding added more to the fun element.
