Main waapis aa gaya... says Salman Khan on his return to the silver screen as Prem in the trailer of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (PRDP) which's enough to excite his millions of fans country-wide. With Salman Khan and the Rajshris', who churned out blockbusters like Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Hum Saath Saath Hain coming together again, PRDP is undoubtedly the most-awaited film this festive season. We look at several factors as to why the film, which hits the screens onNovember 12, is going to be the perfect Diwali bonanza for movie-buffs while adding in to the festive fervour in a big way.

1. PRDP reunites Salman with Sooraj Barjatya after 16 long years! His last outing was in the director's 1999 family drama Hum Saath Saath Hain. It will be interesting to see the comeback of Salman's much loved character 'Prem' albeit in a slighly different avatar.

2. Just like Sooraj's previous movies, PRDP is also a family entertainer and Indian audiences love good family films with lots of emotions.

3. There is a huge excitement among fans for PRDP. The advance bookings for the film had already begun on November 7 and tickets of several shows sold out within hours of opening the counter. The film, which is releasing in over 4500 screens across India, will enjoy a solo release on Diwali, and is expected to fetch a lot of moolah at the box-office.

4. And then, it's a double treat for Salman's fans as Prem is back in two avatars!Salman will be playing a double role in the film sporting two different looks with both the characters providing unlimited dose of entertainment.

5. The film has a modern touch and look with the language, dialogues, sets, camera work and production designs more contemporary. In Sooraj Barjatya's words, "Even my characters, in that same family zone, have bit of grey shades."

6. For the first time Salman would be seen romancing Sonam Kapoor on-screen. Salman's fans are totally loving the fresh pairing and it has been proven by the fact that the trailer of the movie created history as it garnered over 5 Million views within 24 hours of its launch and has been going strong ever since.

7. The film's music is already a rage with many catchy numbers and dances weaved into it, and Salman's legions of fans are lapping up the film's title track and recreating it with their own Dubsmash versions for social media. Not just his fans but actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Sridevi, Shilpa Shetty and even the yesteryear beauties like Waheeda Rehman and Helen were found grooving on it.

8. PRDP is perhaps one of the most expensive films that Salman has worked in what with lavish sets and elaborate costumes. It seems that the film's lighting alone has cost a whopping Rs 15 crore.

9. The film is looking more exciting with its interesting ensemble supporting cast of Neil Nitin Mukesh, Armaan Kohli, Swara Bhaskar, Deepak Dobriyal and Sanjay Mishra. There is also some action sequences in the film with Hollywood's famous stunt director, Greg Powell being roped in to choreograph the high-octane action scenes for Salman. This was something unheard of in a Rajshri film.

10. And last but not the least, with Shah Rukh Khan's Dilwale trailer being attached to Salman's PRDP, it will be not just double but multiple bonanza for movie goers this Diwali!
