Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took social media by storm after they made their wedding date official yesterday. Their fans went crazy and the tears of happiness were quite evident. Deepika and Ranveer shared two copies of the invite, one completely in Hindi and one in English which read, “With the blessings of our families, gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018. We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness. Lots of love, Deepika and Ranveer.”

While they have kept the venue and other details a secret, it is being speculated that they will have a lavish Italy wedding at the picturesque Lake Como. Now, we are going to tell you why we think DeepVeer might have chosen the said dates.

Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ramleela was Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s first film together and 15th November marks as the 5th anniversary of its release. It is also said that cupid struck them on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, and since then, they have been going strong together. Apart from other films they have starred together, Ramleela is closest to their hearts for the obvious reasons and this is the reason they must have considered 14th-15th November as their wedding date. So, a double celebration on the cards!

A source has revealed a leading web portal that the two dates have been fixed for the D-day as there will be two separate weddings. One of the two weddings will be performed with South Indian rituals owing to Deepika’s parental roots and one with North Indian rites as per Ranveer’s.
