Photographer Errikos Andreou on Deepika Padukone Ranveer Singh Wedding: I was like a guest who had a camera
Photographer Errikos Andreou, who clicked the viral photos of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh from their wedding spoke about the pressure of covering a celebrity wedding.
When Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh shared photos from their wedding album last week, it instantly broke the Internet. The photos were clicked by ace photographer Errikos Andreou, who was actually a guest at the wedding. Errikos also shared the photos on his Instagram page with a caption stating, "@ranveersingh and @deepikapadukone my deepest and warmest congratulations! This was a wedding made of dreams!" Errikos has clicked the leading Bollywood celebrities during magazine photoshoots, brand shoot and so on.
During an interaction with Moneycontrol.com, Errikos was asked about the pressure of being a celebrity wedding photographer at DeepVeer's wedding. To which he stated, "I have shot individually with Ranveer and Deepika a lot of times before. I was there in Italy to shoot two people who wanted to document their moment of love. The event was completely private and was like any other wedding where two people, who are madly in love with each other, tie the knot amidst people who love them and wish them well."
The Greek photographer further said, "Their celebrity status didn’t make their wedding any different from anyone else’s. I shot the two candidly as they celebrated their big moment. It was not like a professional assignment and I wasn’t given any instructions; there were no restrictions either. I was treated like a guest who had a camera and got some nice shots with it."
