Filmmaker and producer Karan Johar confirms Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's wedding which took place today in Italy at Lake Como, The filmmaker took to Twitter to share his warmest wish for the beautiful couple and asked them to "nazar utaro." His tweet read, "Such a stunning gorgeous and beautiful couple!!!! Nazar utar lo! @deepikapadukone and @RanveerOfficial !! Badhai ho !!! Love you both!!! Here’s to a lifetime of love and joy!"
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are now officially married. They got married today in a traditional Konkani wedding which will be followed by a grand party tonight. The couple will have a Sindhi style wedding tomorrow. Post that, they will be flying to Mumbai to host a grand reception first in Bengaluru on the 21st followed by another in Mumbai on 28th. The couple had been dating for six years before they finally got hitched today. Their wedding was nothing short of a fairy tale and we cannot wait to catch the first glimpse of the power couple.
Both Ranveer and Deepika had flown down to Italy a couple of days ago donning white ensembles. For their wedding, the couple donned Sabyasachi outfits. The wedding venue was decorated with flowers and lilies as Deepika loves nature and according to insiders, Ranveer broke into dance for Deepika during their mehendi and sangeet ceremony which took place on Tuesday. Ranveer even smeared his hand in mehendi alongwith Deepika who was very esctatic about this union.
