Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's wedding has gotten all DeepVeer fans extremely excited. The couple had taken to Twitter to reveal the wedding date in October 2018. "21.10.2018; With the blessings of our families, it gives us immense joy in sharing that our wedding is set to take place on the 14th and 15th of November, 2018," their joint statement read as. Currently, the couple is in Lake Como, Italy, where the wedding is taking place and the venue is Villa del Balbianello.
Before their wedding ceremonies (South Indian and Sindhi-style) starts from tomorrow, a Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony will take place today. Speaking of the Mehendi ceremony, a source revealed to Pinkvilla that we are just a few hours away from the festivity. "Deepika and Ranveer's Mehendi ceremony begins at 11 am (Italy time). A musical ambiance will be created with Sufi and Punjabi songs being sung live," the source shared. Now, this has gotten us excited for the DeepVeer wedding even more!
Furthermore, the bride and groom may perform to their iconic songs like Kabira from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013) and even Baari Barsi recreated version from Band Baaja Baaraat (2010) during the Sangeet ceremony.
